I can’t wait to tell you all about how wonderful yesterday’s wedding was, but you will just have to wait. In the mean time, however, I can finally share yesterday’s beautiful bride’s bridal portraits. This sweet girl, is both beautiful on the inside and out. Every detail of the whole wedding planning process was so thought out and had some sort of meaning behind it. So when she told me she wanted to do her bridal portraits in Bald Head because that was a special place to her fiancé, I was so excited to capture it.
I drove to South Port and hopped on a Ferry with Sarah and her mom. We talked all about their morning and the craziness it took to get them there that afternoon. When we arrived the wind was harsh and we were all a little worried about having Sarah blown away during her portraits! But once she got dressed and we stepped out under the beautiful trees, the weather was perfect. There was just enough breeze to give her veil a little volume and allow it to blow the perfect amount. Bald Head is always a beautiful setting for photos, but this time, the sun just seemed to shine just right. There was a little halo created and it rested perfectly on her veil.
What an honor it has been to get to know this sweet friend. She has been such a joy in my life this past year and I hope just looking at these images will bring you a little joy too!
