This bride. She holds such a special place in my heart. Rachael and I grew up together at the same school and on the same cheer team! She was a few years ahead of me, so she was always the older, much cooler girl! Her mama happened to be our cheerleading coach and really helped shape my life, as well as, many other high school girls, on and off the cheer mat. Rachael and I have made so many memories over the years and getting to see her throughout this season of life has been such an honor. As a matter fact, I just got back from dancing the night away as we celebrated her wedding, and I have been so eager to share this session with you.

So when Rachael got engaged and booked Nancy to photograph her wedding, I was thrilled. I could not have thought of a better pair, and I just knew Nancy would capture Racheal and Jesse’s day in such a beautiful way. It was such a joy getting to watch Rachael enjoy this experience of being an #NRPbride and all that it entails. When Rachael booked Nancy for her September wedding she knew Nancy would technically be on maternity leave, so that could mean a few changes in her engagement session and bridal session photography. This most definitely played into my favor! I had the absolute honor of capturing Rachael’s bridal session and it was nothing short of magical. Her dress. Her makeup. Her hair. The bouquet. Just everything was perfect. Having her mama there too was the cherry on top. She put that beautiful mountain back drop to shame!

Rachael, you were one beautiful bride this day, and even more beautiful on your wedding day. You have a glow about you that is just so inviting. It was my greatest joy to capture these images for you and I hope you are off enjoying your European honeymoon as we speak!
