I feel like I have known these two for years. Laura and Tommy seem to make fast friends with just about anyone. Laura’s sweet demeanor and Tommy’s gentle strength with her, would make just about anyone swoon. Tommy had just gotten back from a work trip and you could see how giddy Laura was to get to spend time with Tommy. Often, we recommend that couples make an engagement session a date night, and these two did just that. We walked around the Coker Arboretum chatting and stopping to take pictures everytime I saw the light glissen through the greenery, and it felt like I was spending time with old friends. After exploring and learning more about these two, they ended their evening with a little date night at one of my new favorite spots in Chapel Hill, Tru+Deli+Wine. I loved feeling like I was a fly on the wall during a regular date night!
Laura and Tommy, you both have captured my heart. Every detail of your relationship down to the incredibly sweet proposal is such a reminder of why I love what I do and what a blessing it is to work with such wonderful couples. I can not wait for your June wedding!

This has to be one of my favorite shoots! So classic and simple. Absolutely beautiful!
