Laura and Eric’s engagement session was quite the adventure. For starters, it was Laura’s birthday! What a fun way to celebrate your birthday, by taking pictures with your soon to be husband. The day was beautiful and we had plans to take the boat out to one of their favorite little spots, Cape Lookout. As we were heading to the boat we quickly noticed the winds picking up, and knew that the ride out their might not be as leisurely as we thought. None the less, we had a good time laughing the whole ride there at the hilarity of this boat ride. Laura’s sweet mom was guarding her outfits, and got drenched in the process. While, Eric had such a positive attitude the entire time, reassuring Laura that this was going to work perfectly, and shielding her from the splashing water.
We arrived at Cape Lookout and all knew that the beauty of this place was totally worth the windy ride. I could see Laura light up as we walked around and she told us about her different favorite spots. We had a blast, and I could so evidently see how well Laura and Eric’s personalities complimented one another.
Laura and Eric, it was a joy to capture your season of engagement. I can’t wait to continue the celebrations with y’all in March!
