Kylie and Daniel were married on a beautiful day in downtown Winston Salem. They had a traditional wedding ceremony in the church that Kylie grew up in and then their guests made their way down a couple blocks to celebrate their marriage at Milton Rhodes Art Center. From the gorgeous florals throughout to Kylie’s stunning tulle wedding gown, I loved the way that their wedding decor touched every moment and flowed throughout the entire day.
I will never forget the adventure that I took these two on to get some stunning bride and groom portraits. After exploring Winston Salem’s quaint downtown and stopping some traffic for some pictures in the street, I had a crazy idea to go up to the top of a parking deck and I knew that Kylie and Daniel would be up for it. However, getting up there wasn’t as easy as we thought. We couldn’t find the elevator, so instead we climbed many flights of stairs in a quite disgusting stairwell, and this didn’t phase Kylie and Daniel one bit! We laughed a lot, worked as a team to make sure Kylie’s gown didn’t touch the floor, and walked all the way up, and boy was it worth it!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Herring! Thank you so much for trusting me and allowing me to be a part of your special day!
