There was a 100% chance of rain on their wedding day all the way leading up to the weekend, and then the percentage started to get smaller and smaller and smaller. We were so thankful that it never rained during the time that we were taking pictures outside. Funny enough, it started sprinkling at the very end of our picture time, and as Anna Holland and Ryan hurried to get in their car to head to the reception, I remember standing there thinking “Today is a good day.”
Anna Holland and Ryan were both collegiate athletes, which required long hours of practice, pressure during meets and games, and extreme dedication to a sport that they loved. I learned very quickly that both of them excelled under those circumstances. Many close friends and family mentioned that playing collegiate sports also made them committed and extremely hard working. I know that they will continue and carry those qualities into their marriage; long hours of loving each other selflessly, keeping things together when they’re under pressure to make decisions together, and working hard to continue to put one another first.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Norwood! I wish you lots of love and joy in your marriage!
