Since precious Baby Milly was born, I have been working from home in my little makeshift studio. You may have even seen the picture above on my Instagram. These past three weeks have flown by, and tomorrow I will be packing up and heading back into the studio. While I am excited to get back into the groove of things, I have enjoyed working from home. There have been some challenges, but my favorite things about working from home include:
Daily lunch dates with Jamie
Playing with my favorite pup, Bokeh
Being able to attend to more things around our house
Having the option to work all day in my pajamas
However, I want to take a quick moment to applaud everyone who has worked from home or is currently working from home. So take a minute and give yourself a well deserved pat on the back! I have found that it can be quite lonely, difficult to get yourself motivated, and hard to respect those much needed boundaries. I’m not even kidding when I say that I was checking my email inbox before Jamie and I went to bed one night (not okay!). I’m thankful for this time of growth, but excited to get back into the studio with Will, Jen, and Winston!

true words! Working from home is very lonely and I often get distracted. You’re lucky to have a great group at your studio!
