June was a busy month. In one weekend I was in two states, and three cities, for three different shoots. Sudie and Evin’s engagement session just so happened to be one of them, and it was the perfect morning to truly enjoy what I do. One thing we always say we love about engagement sessions is how it allows us to get to know a couple better before their wedding day. During Sudie and Evin’s engagement session we became fast friends. These two are those type of people you meet and want to spend more time with. We probably could have talked for hours; our time together flew by!

I think my favorite part about their session was getting to know them through each other. When I asked a question about Evin, Sudie was quick to answer and talk him up; and Evin just adored Sudie throughout the entire session. We laughed a lot, talked about Sudie being a crossfit instructor (so cool) and Evin being a Rugby player (also so cool). Getting to see them joke around with each other and laugh together was so fun. I love seeing couples in a relaxed environment, just getting to enjoy being together.

These images are such a beautiful reflection of who these two are as a couple and I am so honored to be apart of this season of their life. I can’t wait for your November wedding, Sudie and Evin!!

These are fabulous photos! It’s not just because the bride-to-be is one of my favorite people of all time. The expressions are sweet.

Thanks for all your sweet words, and of course, the beautiful pictures. We had a blast, laughing and getting to know you. You know you did your job well, when the groom’s first comment post-shoot is “Wow, that was way more fun than I thought it would be!” You made the whole experience smooth and fun and we couldn’t be more thankful for making us feel at ease. We can’t wait to spend more time with you on the big day. Looking forward to many more laughs :)
