I left the Rucker’s family session feeling like I’d been hanging out with my own clan. They were friendly and warm, easy to talk to and fun to be around. It didn’t take me too long to figure out that this family is a close one – just the way they interacted and cut up suggested that there was a depth to their relationships that many families lack as they grow older. It’s not a super common thing to find and it’s certainly something to treasure!
Elizabeth and her brother Will bought the session for their Mom for Mother’s Day and we were able to shoot it in Winston Salem, where her parents met and lived after they were first married, which made it pretty sentimental for them. The Graylyn, as always, provided the perfect backdrop for their sunny afternoon session!
Ruckers – you guys were a ton of fun! I’m thankful to have had the opportunity to capture this time in your lives!
