I have said it many times before, but I truly love the way an engagement session allows us to get to know our couples better. It makes the wedding day photography feel a little less daunting for the couple and helps us as the photographer know what it is that makes the client feel the most comfortable in front of the camera.
I had met Megan already when she came into the studio for a consultation. She was kind, genuine and had such a beautiful vision for their wedding day. It is always so fun to meet a groom after meeting the bride first because I can see all the things the bride has described her groom as. Clint was also incredibly kind and funny, making jokes about how getting your picture taken is just an awkward thing. However, these two were like models; posing together like they had done this a million times.
It was so fun getting to know these two together and it makes me all the more excited for their wedding day. I can’t wait to celebrate with them as they have their fairytale wedding!

Oh my goodness, every time I see these pictures my heart stops! Thank you so much, Olivia, for capturing such stunning engagement photos. You can’t even tell we were struggling through the 100+ degree North Carolina summer heat. We’ll cherish these pictures for years to come. I can only imagine how our wedding pictures will turn out!
