I had the sweetest fall afternoon with Lauren and Braxton! We had originally planned to do their engagement session a few weeks back, but because of a downpour, we had to reschedule. Thankfully we did! I think it allowed for us to get THE most beautiful fall leaves of the season. It was a partly cloudy, partly sunny, cool fall day. Literally PERFECT.
We walked all around Prestonwood Country Club, finding the prettiest spots with water and the most colorful trees and even adventuring to Lauren’s parents’ backyard to finish the session. It was relaxed, and goodness they made my job so easy. When couples go along with pretty much anything you say, and they are super kind and trusting, it makes for a session that doesn’t feel like work at all – it just felt like I was hanging out with a few friends I had known forever.
Lauren and Braxton are the kind of couple who just make you feel comfortable. They are genuine and kind, and we shared a love for classic, beautiful photography that is timeless and bright. I’m so grateful we were connected, because I truly felt so at ease with them. I can’t wait for their wedding next fall!
