Words really can’t express how much I love this couple. My history with Clay and Laura goes back much further than most, which makes capturing this sweet season of life such a honor for me. Clay is my best friend’s younger brother (practically my own brother as we grew up together) and I couldn’t post this session without mentioning the trauma that his sister and I put Clay through as a young child. We dressed him up in ridiculous outfits, bossed him around and made him do the craziest things for us. And I’m thankful that he did, because it’s given us hilarious stories that we still talk and laugh about all these years later. I have had the privilege to watch Clay grow into the man that he is today. He lives life on the edge, has traveled the world, is always up for a spontaneous adventure and loves the Lord with his whole heart.
Clay and Laura (Larry, as Clay calls her) met at the University of Tennessee and after years of dating, I have gotten to know sweet Laura. If you know her, you know that she is full of joy, I mean just look at that smile above. She is genuine, determined, and confident in who she is. Clay and Laura’s combined love for missions, people and UT Football are absolutely radiant.
Laura and Clay, I can’t wait for your Old Edwards Inn wedding celebration in January! It’s a blessing to know you!
