I got to know the Ice family at a session I did with them a couple of years ago. Most of my repeat clients are families with really little kids, but the Ice kids are a bit older – back then Emma was 15, Evan was 13. Seeing them two years later, at 17 and 15, was pretty cool. It definitely served as a reminder to me that older kids are changing and growing just as rapidly as little kids! In two years, their personalities and interests have blossomed, conversation was super easy, and I had a really good time talking to them as well as the adults. All in all – they’re a close, joyful family and it’s been a privilege to take their pictures!
