When we received our team photos taken by Eric Kelly, there were just too many wonderful images to choose from! So I’ve decided to do a “get to know the team” series on the blog – featuring their beautiful photos. Each Wednesday for the next 4 weeks you’ll learn fun facts about each team member. These fun facts were on display at our 5 Year Anniversary Celebration, but since all of you couldn’t make it, I thought it’d be fun to share on the blog as well!
First up is Elizabeth!
What is your favorite part or moment in a wedding?
Watching the groom’s face when he sees his bride for the first time- whether it be a first look or when she’s coming down the aisle. It gets me every time.
Where is your favorite place that you have visited so far?
Probably Israel… I went when I was a kid and would love to go back.
What is your favorite summer activity?
Spending time on the Chesapeake Bay with my family- sitting out on the dock, fishing, swimming, playing corn hole… It’s all my favorite.
What is your favorite book and why?
I love the Chronicles of Narnia series… Vivid descriptions and talking animals that make me feel like a kid, symbolic characters and themes that promote a much larger and more meaningful story.
Who was your favorite music group or artist when you were in high school?
John Mayer… back in his Inside Wants Out days, before he got too big for his britches.
Something interesting you might not know about me is…
I cry in my sleep all the time. Happy tears and sad tears.
What do you usually have for breakfast?
During the week I eat a granola bar for protein and a piece of fruit usually. On the weekends I may venture out and do a scrambled omelet of sorts. Always coffee.
What is your favorite chip flavor?
Currently it is sea salt and cracked pepper kettle chips.
What are you thankful for today?
AC… It’s stinking hot outside.
What makes you laugh?
Robert impersonating certain people. Also, smart cars.
Do you have any nicknames?
Yes. Robert calls me Boog and the rest of my family and a lot of my friends call me Libby or Libis.
If you could be one color in the Crayola box, which one would it be?
Considering that I can’t ever decide what my favorite color is, I’m going to go with whichever crayon is the sharpest. Nobody likes a dull crayon.
When I was younger, I dressed up as Tinkerbell for Halloween.
