I met Emily and her wonderful family at the WRAL gardens on the most beautiful day in March. Believe it or not, we didn’t plan her bridal session around the gorgeous garden blooms, so when we arrived and saw everything in perfect bloom we were so excited. Emily’s gorgeous lace gown and soft bouquet fit perfectly with the setting.

I had to include a picture of Emily and her sweet dad from this session because Emily is a daddy’s girl. Emily’s dad was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer months after Emily and Bob were engaged, and Emily and her family didn’t know if he was going to make it to her wedding day. I’ll never forget the day she called me and told me they might have to move her wedding day so he can be there. Although this circumstance has not been easy on any of them, they continue to praise God and his goodness. He is now doing well and he walked her down the aisle at her wedding yesterday. I can’t wait to share more images with you from their meaningful wedding celebration!

Congratulations sweet Emily! You are the most breath taking bride.
