Whenever you choose your wedding day, there’s no way of knowing what kind of weather you are going to get. You have to be ready for anything and everything… we just never thought that it would be snowing! This day is proof that North Carolina weather is truly unpredictable and magical!
Ellen and Drew were married in the same church that her parents, sister and so many other family members were married in, which made it such a special ceremony. Over the years Ellen’s Uncle Bob has been the one to marry many of their family members and although Uncle Bob is no longer with them, they still wanted to make it special, so Uncle Bob’s son Mark married them.
The best word I can use to describe Ellen and Drew’s wedding day is fun. I love the way that they planned very unique moments throughout the whole day for their guests to experience. As they recessed from their ceremony, the bride and groom, bridal party, and family filed up to the balcony and waved to all their guests as they exited the sanctuary. It was so much fun to see the smiles on their faces as they got to see all of the people that they love so dearly. At the end of the night, they surprised their guests with a drum line exit that turned into an incredible dance party! It was truly one of the most epic exits I have ever been a part of!
Ellen and Drew, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your beautiful wedding day! Congratulations!
