I woke up early one Tuesday morning and drove to Winston Salem, NC to meet Elizabeth and Billy at Reynolda Gardens. It was the perfect morning! The sun was shining, it was too early for the humidity to settle in, and we had the whole property to ourselves. As we weaved in and out of all of the gorgeous spots that the gardens have to offer, I loved getting to know more about the two of them and their relationship. I quickly noticed that Elizabeth and Billy are very steady. Through grad school, long distance dating, and job changes, they have remained steady. Their relationship is based on a deep friendship that they have with each other, and it is so evident that they trust, love and fully respect one another in such a beautiful way.

I am so excited about their Carolina Inn wedding next year, as it is such a special place for the two of them. They have so many fond memories staying there for UNC games, exploring Chapel Hill, eating at their favorite restaurants and enjoying drinks at their favorite bars, but most importantly it is the place they met their families the day after they got engaged. Congratulations Elizabeth and Billy!
