Courtney and Michael met on their third day of high school. They were in the same homeroom class and were grouped together because of their similar last names and they instantly hit it off. They’ve been together for 7 years, which has allowed them to experience many different stages of life together. From high school, to college, to getting jobs in the real world and moving to a different city. They have been through so much, but what I think is most beautiful about this couple is that they recognize that they still have so much more to experience together in marriage.
I met Courtney and Michael early one morning at Historic Latta Plantation in Charlotte, NC where Michael works. Their session had been scheduled for the previous evening but due to some crazy thunderstorms, we decided to reschedule it for the next morning. I was so upset, although there was nothing that we could do about it, and Courtney and Michael were so kind and understanding. I am so glad that we made the decision to reschedule because the morning light was absolutely beautiful!
Congratulations Courtney and Michael! I am beyond excited for your Outer Banks wedding next Spring!
