2 weeks ago, will and i spent 3 days in charlotte. he had some classes to take for work, and it was conveniently on our way down to charleston for the wedding we were shooting.  i thought i would call up a friend i made at love affair and see if she wanted to do a photo session swap, as well as just hang out and catch up. she was totally up for it!

candice & dan lanning are the amazing photographers for the beautiful mess photography.  we spent one evening with our cameras in hand, exploring some fun spots in charlotte for photos. will did an awesome job shooting that day too… he is getting to be quite the 2nd shooter. we all had a blast!  they are the most down to earth, sweetest couple you’ll ever meet.  our evening went from a double-photo-session-date to a triple date with the wonderful cheyenne & geoff schultz, who are also some fun and amazing photographers in charlotte.  hooray for new friends!

candice & dan – i hope you like your photos!  we had a blast with you two, and that definitely won’t be the last time we hang out!
