nothing compares to the remarkable day that two hearts become one, and nothing is quite as sweet as living day in, day out with the people you love most. that is the stuff that life is made of. we live in a beautiful world, and i want to display that with every picture i take.

i realize that the moments i capture are the very first records of a marriage, a heritage, a new family tree. these are the moments that will be passed down from generation to generation - all in the form of photographs. i count it a privilege to know that when i am long gone, my photographs will live for generations to come in the homes of families across america. i take pride in that, and i work to make sure your photographs are high quality and reflect the beauty of who you are.

i earned my photography degree from appalachian state university in boone, nc. my education gave me the technical knowledge behind photography and it helps me understand exactly what components are necessary to create the most beautiful photographs. i am a member of both professional photographers of america (ppa) and wedding and portrait photographers international (wppi).
