“And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ.”
Philippians 9:10-11
It feels like a lifetime that I’ve been waiting to share these images. Hands down, Abigail and Ben’s wedding day is one that I will never forget. The best words that I can use to describe this day are pure joy. Abigail and Ben never stopped feeling all the feels. They laughed, smiled joyfully from ear to ear, laughed, and danced their little hearts out. Just watching them together, brought Olivia and I to tears (no joke!). From the moment that we arrived to their final sparkler exit, they cherished each and every moment, as every bride and groom should.
Rose Hill Plantation is rich with Southern history (it’s an old cotton plantation), and I am completely in love with it’s wide open spaces, dripping Spanish moss, and the historical mansion on the property. Abigail grew up in Hilton Head, SC on a plantation surrounded by oak trees and apart from marrying her best friend, the only thing that she knew about the design of her wedding day was that she envisioned them in her wedding.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Ben Krause! Thank you for allowing me to be a witness of your great love for each other! I am so excited to continue to watch the Lord use your marriage for his purpose.
