Words cannot express how excited I am to introduce the new Nancy Ray Photography team! Today, I'd like you to meet Elizabeth Tate and Callie Pitts, our new Associate Photographers!

Elizabeth and Callie are incredible young ladies filled with talent. I have spent enough time with each of them to realize what a gift it is to have them! They each carry different gifts, but both are incredible photographers and some of the kindest hearts you've ever met.

They have such passion for photography.
They love people.
And they adore capturing couples in love.

Over these past few years, Nancy Ray Photography has experienced incredible growth. We have had to turn down numerous weddings on a regular basis because we were already booked, or because we had already maxed out at 25 weddings/year. After much discussion, Will and I realized that we had some serious talent right at our fingertips in Callie and Elizabeth. With some training and team building, we knew we could comfortably and confidently make the jump from being a "husband and wife" team only, to having a team of associate photographers as well. This will allow us as a studio to serve more couples on their wedding days, while delivering the same quality and style of photography.

You probably recognize Callie, since she has already been an important part of this team for some time now! Working part time as my Studio Assistant since last year, Callie has learned all the ins and outs of this business. She also assisted and photographed at several weddings with me, and I have realized what a gem she truly is. Her bright personality and love for people always lights up a room. Her love for all-things-weddings is inspiring! (I often caught her crying as she was culling through my wedding images at work!  When I say she loves weddings, I mean it!)  She works hard, laughs a lot, loves Pinterest, and believes in the meaningful work we do at Nancy Ray Photography.

Elizabeth and I have such a fun history together. We have known one another since high school, we became roommates at Appstate in college, and we took several classes together  as we studied photography in the Technical Photography department at ASU. Of course we were in one another's weddings. (I photographed her engagement photos too!)  We would often be found hiking trails in Boone or exploring the greenway, both of us with cameras in hand, taking fun photos of one another and laughing our heads off. Elizabeth's heart is so genuine. She is real, she is kind, and she is so easy to be with. Her calm personality would put any bride and groom at ease, and her talent in photography is breathtaking. Since our relationship started years ago, I can honestly say that I know her character very well. She is beautiful inside and out, honest, full of integrity, and she has a love for life like I've never seen!

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision.
The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives.
It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
