i showed up at kristen & jonathan's house with my gear in hand, ready to go. we had talked about going down to the falls river dam, but i didn't know it would take .2 seconds to get there! their house is in a perfect location... within walking distance of the river. they said that they really enjoy walking all through their neighborhood, down to the river, through the trails, & back. how amazing!
we hopped in the car and right back out as we pulled into the parking lot. i was so excited to have so much time to get to know this couple, walk around the park, and have plenty of light & time to get back to their house for some more photos. even more, i was excited to capture this precious season of their lives in a park & place where they spent much of their married life previous to baby :]. these photos are even more special because of that.
kristen and jonathan are the perfect match, and they are going to make incredible parents. they are so sweet, and so relaxed. i love fun sessions with amazing couples, and this was definitely one of them! enjoy.

Nancy,
I have kept up with your blog since you did a childhood friend’s wedding (Emily Rowe Dawson) but I was blown away with this one because Kristen was my best friend pretty much from birth but we lost touch and I heard that she had gotten married and is pregnant, but it was so funny to see her on your blog! Kristen is such an angel and you captured her so beautifully. I haven’t met her husband but they do see like such a perfect match! These are so wonderful.
